2012 Scrapbook Expo - Orlando

The 2012 Scrapbook Expo is done and in the bag! had a blast, learned some new techniques using different mediums...that's what it's all about right? OH yeah met some great new women and that's prob the best thing for me.

Stayed in a rundown hotel for $30 a night...ate some amazing food at the Sports Grill at the Gaylord Palms which validated my parking ticket, I decided to help out in classes as a Teacher's pet instead of actually taking the classes, and volunteered to help at one of the crop nights. SAVED ALOT OF MONEY doing the teacher's pet and volunteering and am definitely doing that again next year.

Riesling wine out of a tumbler, Gluten Free Pulled Pork Nachos, completed layouts, a 8x8 album, an acrylic TriFold album, an accordion canvas album, acrylix cards, and a Happy acrylic banner...got some great coupons and the shopping was great.

One of the things I loved most was the times that people recognized me on the showroom floor and would stop me just to tell me that they really appreciated me helping in their classes and that I was a great help in teaching them the technique. Made me feel so good :) knowing that I am appreciated is good enough for me.

Time to start saving for next year!
